Your Personification Sentences

We have recently written a poem using personification. Please post your favourite personification sentence below:

Figurative Language - Personification

What is Personification?

Personification is when you make a thing, idea or an animal do something only humans can do.

The wind yells while blowing (the wind can't yell, but it gives us the image of the wind being very loud)
The stars danced playfully in the night sky (the stars are twinkling, but 'dance' is more poetic)



I could hear Hawaii calling my name (I really wanted to go to Hawaii)
